# Inventaire des articles

<p class="callout success">L'inventaire des articles permet de **saisir les quantités des stocks après comptage**, puis de mettre à jour les quantités.</p>

<p class="callout danger"><span style="color:rgb(186,55,42);">Avant de démarrer un inventaire, **il est impératif de ne plus réaliser aucune entrée ou sortie de stock** (facturation, réception de commande...) et **cela jusqu'à sa clôture**</span></p>

1. Ouvrir le menu <span style="color:rgb(230,126,35);">Logistique</span>
2. Ouvrir le menu <span style="color:rgb(230,126,35);">Inventaires</span>
3. Cliquer sur le bouton Exporter le stock avant l’inventaire
4. Cliquer sur le bouton <span style="color:rgb(230,126,35);">Nouvel inventaire</span>
5. <span style="color:rgb(52,73,94);">Donner un <span style="color:rgb(53,152,219);">nom</span> à l'inventaire (par exemple *Inventaire 2024*)</span>
6. <span style="color:rgb(52,73,94);">Choisir le <span style="color:rgb(53,152,219);">lieu</span> de l'inventaire</span>
7. Choisir <span style="color:rgb(230,126,35);">Articles</span>
8. Le fichier .zip de l’export avant inventaire se télécharge automatiquement, **veillez à le conserver en lieu sûr sur votre ordinateur et de faire une sauvegarde.** Ces fichiers devront être communiqués à votre comptabilité afin d’évaluer les écarts.

<p class="callout warning"><span style="color:rgb(53,152,219);"><span style="color:rgb(52,73,94);">Attention, un même article avec un emplacement, un numéro de série ou un numéro de lot différent apparaîtra sur une ligne à part dans le décompte. **Il peut donc y avoir plusieurs lignes pour un seul et même article**.</span></span></p>

6. <span style="color:rgb(52,73,94);">L'inventaire est terminé, les stocks sont à jour</span>
7. Enregistrer le fichier .zip de l’export après inventaire en lieu sûr sur votre ordinateur. Ces fichiers devront être communiqués à votre comptabilité avec l’export du début d’inventaire afin d’évaluer les écarts d’un point de vue comptable.

<p class="callout info">Dans le cas où **plusieurs lieux de stockage** sont disponible, il convient de créer **un inventaire par lieu**</p>

# Inventaire des pièces

<p class="callout success">L'inventaire des pièces permet de **saisir les quantités des stocks après comptage**, puis de mettre à jour les stocks.</p>

<p class="callout danger">Il est impératif d’effectuer un export des pièces avant tout début d’inventaire</p>
